HCC Group is a Saskatchewan based underground mining contractor.
HCC owns and operates one of the largest underground equipment fleet in the province that offers a wide variety of services including underground construction & maintenance, contract mining, operations support, mechanical installations & repairs, steel installations, ground control, and shaft rehabilitation.
Misty Ventures is a 40% shareholder of HCC. HCC prioritizes working with communities and has formed a strong and longstanding relationship with Mistawasis Nêhiyawak by providing job opportunities to residents and investment in community events.

Employment
HCC is committed to increasing Indigenous employment and fostering partnerships, guided by a dedication to reconciliation and an understanding of the economic and social value of Indigenous inclusion. At present, 25% of HCC’s workforce self-identify as First Nations or Métis.
Since the acquisition in 2018, HCC has paid more than $15 million in wages to Indigenous employees.
